Associate Professor Dr Sanai Cetin kaya has 5 patent applications. With the first of these, 2 European and 1 American patent were approved. She won the innovative nurse of the year award with one and a silver medal with the other. Sanai Cetin kaya, has completed her bachelor of nursing, master's degree, and PhD in Ego University. In 1988 she was employed as nurse in ICU at the cardiovascular surgery clinic in Ego University, at the medical faculty hospital. In the mean time she has completed her postgraduate (1991) and PhD (1999) on pediatric nursing.
